No refunds / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on items that have been purchased and shipped. Our products are highly specialized and made to order.

Mama Leche Lactation Delights, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order due to low inventory, incorrect pricing, or any other reason. If your account has been charged for a purchase and your order is cancelled, Mama Leche Lactation Delights, LLC will issue you a store credit for the amount of the purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or within 5 days of reception, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us with questions at milkmama@mama-leche-delights.com.
